Corporate Travel

Working for a large corporation, often times getting travel approval or finding your own travel can be a hassle. Travel Agents are often the best source of information when it comes to booking last minute travel.

Reasons Why Travel Agents are great to work with:

1. just give them your details of the who, where, when and what do you need (i.e. car, hotel, etc.)

2. they will do all of the work for you (thus not interrupting your busy day)

3. they can search all of the best deals in seconds using their booking system.

Southwest Airlines 

 Air Travel: If your company does not want to work with a travel agent; your best bet is to go to Southwest Airlines and get a business account with them and book through them so you get the rewards to use later with personal or family travel. Southwest also have the Business Select option which lets you board earlier, pick your seats first and you get a free beverage. Also, now that Southwest has merged with Air Tran they will begin flying to more destinations. And...Southwest is almost always on time (rarely are they late or overbooked).

Hertz Rent-A-Car

Car Rental: If you need to book a rental car last minute use Hertz Rent-a- Car and set up an account with them (if you are a small business of under 100 people they have a great small business discount program..they also have one for large corporations as well). Hertz has a ton of locations and great prices and often they have coupons available online.

Holiday Inn

Hotels: Holiday Inn's are EVERYWHERE. They have recently revamped their business model and the locations as well. They are great for business trips as almost all have complimentary internet and business centers. The prices at Holiday Inn are usually really great as well: make sure to ask if they have any corporate rates (usually they do you just have to ask). Always ask for corporate rates or discounts where ever you go on business.
